2011 Events

Monthly workshops in 2011 covered:

• Chen Style Spear Form
• Yi Jin Jing (Yin-Yang) Qigong
• Laojia Erlu (Cannon Fist)
• Sword Form

The schools' biennial trip to Chenjiagou, Henan, birthplace of Taijiquan was a great success, with the largest group yet to travel with the school enjoying a superb experience, including 10 days of top quality training with Chen Xiaoxing.

Seminars held by visiting masters included:

• Laojia Yilu with Grandmaster Chen Xiaowang
• Chen Ziqiang, Chief Coach of the Chenjiagou Taijiquan School
